We do pop-up dinners at The Side Yard Farm that bring people together around the love of pasta and farm driven food.
My Story
Welcome to my journey in the culinary world! After relocating to Ashland from Portland, I decided to channel over a decade of experience in the food industry into this venture. My passion lies in specialty ingredients and collaborating with small farmers to showcase the gorgeous produce they grow. With Italian roots, I've always treasured Italian food with my family, and I believe there's something truly therapeutic about pasta-making—an art I’m excited to share with my community.
